In order to assure an effective and efficient process, a detailed week by week schedule will be provided as part of the project proposal. All aspects of the project are considered and calculated including necessary printing and production timing, holidays and other factors.

This schedule becomes the skeleton of the entire project upon which all parties rely as the process proceeds.
