Upon meeting with Heidi Price to consider a specific project or printed piece, a detailed proposal will be provided for all aspects of the project that is proposed.

Design responsibilities are quoted based on a flat fee basis that will be calculated and presented as part of the total proposed budget. The flat fee allows for the client’s best planning for the entire costs of a project and assures ongoing interaction and input from client to designer. Clients are encouraged to provide ongoing honest feedback about all aspects of the layout and design, no matter how large or small, so that the finished product is completed with complete satisfaction.

The complete, detailed proposal presented will reflect pricing for all aspects of the project being considered. Heidi Price Design will research printing prices, mail house costs, fulfillment services, mailing list purchase, and all anticipated production costs discussed at the initial meeting. Competitive prices are obtained and the most appropriate costs will be reflected in the proposal.
